general issue on Tablets

Hello,

it seems that there are issues on tablets with the theme.

I have shared with you the link to 2 videos : one is done with an Ipad (small issues) and the other has been done with a Galaxy Tab S2 (Samsung). With the Samsung, the website does not work at all.

I think I know form where the problem is coming.

I have a pluggin to display two different version : one for the desktop and one for the smartphone. It is called “Specific content for mobile” (a screenshot is attached)

I have used it because since the last update of the woodmart theme, the sidebar “Mobile version HTML block” no longer worked.

Do you have a solution for me ?

Sorry but we could not help with issues caused by the third party plugins.

As for the Mobile version, HTML Block is not working. Please provide the admin panel login details of the website.

There is also a screenshot of the problem that I have displayed on Google Search Console.

There is only a different version for the mobile for one single page (the homepage). On the other page, it is the same version for both the mobile and the desktop version. But Google Search Console tells me that there are problems on 44 pages !!

I have 2 errors on Google Search Consol for mobile :
– Clickable elements too close together
-Content larger than the screen

As you mentioned in your previous reply that the issue with the tablet is caused by the third party plugin “Specific content for mobile”.

Please deactivate the plugin and then check on google search console.

But I cannot desactivate it because I have 2 specific version because the mobile version HTML block is not working…

I have to keep it. Otherwise, my homepage won’t appear correctly on smartphones

Sorry but we could not help with the issues caused by third party plugins this is out of our Theme support.

As far as the Mobile HTML Block please create an Html block and add it to the page so that we can check the issue with it.
