Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1/ Find out which HTML block is added to mega menu: Appearance > Menu > Enter menu item > check Description field http://prntscr.com/j17fim If you do not see the Description field, activate in the Screen options http://prntscr.com/j17g2x
2/ Navigate to HTML block, find id specified in the Description and edit.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access.
In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Mega menu blocks are created in HTML block by means of WP Bakery Page builder. You add a row and create 5 column https://gyazo.com/69808aeaeb0a1cae59d3204499eecc02
And clicking Responsive Options tab in a column you can set the width http://prntscr.com/jx3zgi

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Have a look at these:
1. http://prntscr.com/jxgzxo set six columns and the current version of WP Bakery does not provide the option to set five column. This option will be available in the next release.
2. And clicking Responsive Options tab in a column you can set the width http://prntscr.com/jx3zgi
