I know this may be out of scope but am trying to get sort of help.
I purchased another woodmart theme from envato market yesterday and I used my credit card to pay and the payment has gone through but somehow my account is locked and I am unable to do anything. I created support ticket to them but haven’t got any reply yet.
I used other email address to create an account on Envato. If you may speed up the process so I would be grateful otherwise you may close the topic.
