Geolocation plugin needed for wocommerce

Good day. Can you please suggest a good plugin with geolocation choice of a city. So it is possible to show particular texts for the user in particular city.

Unfortunately, we cannot suggest anything as we have not tested any. First of all, try free plugins or plugins with the refund option, if it would not be compatible.
