German translation for 8.1

Hello everyone!

It took me a while since 8.0 came out, but here it is. I’ve updated the German translation to be ready for 8.1.
100% is translated as usual and the fuzzy lines and some other lines have been updated as well for better understanding. Feel free to update the file in your glot.
