get_cart() function is calling

The get_cart() is causing error in the website. I have attached the error in the screenshot.

May I request you provide access to the admin dashboard so I will investigate the issue on your side?

Most likely, some plugins affect it, so I would like to request confirmation regarding the permission to switch to the parent/default theme and disable third-party plugins. Once we have completed our testing, we will enable all settings back to their original state.
