Getting 504 Error

I’m getting a 504 error when I click on Pages (all pages). I can click on Add New under Pages but can’t access pages I have already created. HELP please.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area and confirm the permit to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme for the period of checking what may take up to 20 minutes.
