Getting issue with the menu item

Hi we are using Woodmart theme, we have a openlitespeed server and using litespeed caching plugin but the caching is casuing issue with the header most of the times if pages are cached the header shows blank as shown in image how to control this behaviour?

Try to exclude this header file from the plugin settings.
js/scripts/header/headerBuilder.min.js
Clear the cache and recheck the issue.

Thank you for the response. The JS file was excluded from caching, but the issue was still not getting resolved
