Getting random popup that I can’t disable

Hi, I am getting this random popup everywhere in the page, even though I have disabled brands in the settings. I have attached screenshot of the error. Please help me remove it.

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer and remove the HTML block ID from the pre-footer area.
