    Hello,

In the mega menu, we have for every Category your specific sub-category and a picture of that. For example, the woodmart template (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/) on Furniture category you see each sub category with your specific picture. Ok…

So I inserted a GIF image on this area of picture but it´s not working. I don´t want a static image, how can I put a GIF one there? Need to know exactly how to do. Can you help me?

    Hello,

Please try re-adding the image then clear cache and check back.

If you are still unable then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

I tried everything but did not work.

Have a look on both images attached.
The first one I updated at the library images showing the .gif extension.

The second image is to show you If I need to change something in this option called “Animation CSS” I choose none as there’s nothing to associate with a GIF image.

Any other idea? Has a specific CSS code to make this image (or any other on my own) to move to a gif?
