glitch after adding WPML

Following your instructions, I paid and activated WPML
Here is an example of a translated page

The layout has changed and the structure differs from the main site; some of the photos do not load on the main page. The Instagram plugin is doubled. Overall I definitely need some support.

In the DE language, navigate to Theme Settings > General > Layout and select No sidebar layout https://prnt.sc/tzHMxRMs5LGB

2. Product categories thumbnail

Thank you for your answer. I fix all what you say
But now i has trouble with
monturu.com.wo-me.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
They drop down server ))
I try to fix it by installation “heartbeat control” but nothings changed
