Global Discounts Not Showing “Before/After” Prices on Woodmart Theme

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Woodmart theme related to global discounts in WooCommerce.

When a global discount or price reduction is applied, the regular price (before discount) is not displayed — only the final discounted price appears. This makes it seem as if there’s no discount active.

I’ve already checked the following:

The discount rules are correctly configured in WooCommerce.

The problem persists even when other plugins are disabled.

Caching has been cleared, and no optimization plugin is affecting it.

It seems that the theme is not rendering the tag for the regular price, either in the product loop or on the single product pages.

Could you please help me identify how to make the theme display both prices (before and after discount)?
Any guidance or code snippet to fix the price template would be really appreciated.

Please share some screenshots and share product page URL for better understanding that demonstrates the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.

Hi, thanks! For example, we need to see it like image 1, but when activating the plugin nothing is seen, it looks like image 2.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Variable product > turn off Hide ‘to” price and “Remove duplicate price for variable product” option: https://prnt.sc/UxejIZ6Sxc0a

If the issue remains, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront or Twenty-Twenty-Five to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
