Thing to highlight: theme was well updated. How all the theme settings are saved? Doing nothing, we have lost all the parameters. That’s really strange and weird 🙁
For your information, we have database backups. Can you help us to backup all the theme’s settings (custom CSS, theme parameters…). We see that a patch was available for theme parameters issues. We applied it without change.
We do not have these backups. We have already tried to backup files and database to previous date but theme settings do not work. Is there a way to manual backup theme settings? Tell us if you want to check the back-end.
It seems that theme settings have been completely deleted without action from us! Theme was well updated since 15 of november. Our last edit on this site was on 1 of december and everything worked fine.
It could hardly be caused by our theme, I log in, log out several times per hour on our testing site, which does no have any other plugins or customization and nothing happens.
It could be the influence of a customization or other plugin.
