Google AdSense Appearing On Site

Hi Team,
Our site is displaying Google Adsense Popup ads throughout the site. We have tried to remove it manually but after a month or so it comes back on. I tried to deactivate all the plugins to see if it’s linked to any, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Are you able to look into this and advise what is causing the Ads to display and how do i remove it?
