ryanandgilbertParticipantHello,
one of our clients has purchased your theme and we are having issue with the google font.
were getting a status Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400. It seems to relate to this line of code:
<link rel=”stylesheet” id=”redux-google-fonts-basel_options-css” href=”https://fonts.googleapis.com/css” type=”text/css” media=”all”/>
It relates to this on the google website:
Google Fonts Error (400): Missing font family The requested font families are not available. Requested: For reference, see the Google Fonts API documentation.
Any ideas why this is happening?
we have turned of all caching and the cdn and it is still happening.
Thanks

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Are we allowed to try to disable additional plugins and see if it is caused by some of them?
Regards
September 15, 2017 at 8:13 am #19456
ryanandgilbertParticipantHi,
yeah sure please disable and try if that is causing it, were not sure if it was mailchimp for wordpress that potentially causing.
Thanks

ryanandgilbertParticipantAlso looking through the code
<link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’redux-google-fonts-basel_options-css’
this line is where the problem could be.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Did you make changes in the child theme? When we switch to the parent theme, it becomes correct.
September 15, 2017 at 11:14 am #19467
ryanandgilbertParticipantwe moved the header to the child theme as we need to install google tag manager on the website, is this move causing it?
September 15, 2017 at 11:22 am #19468
ryanandgilbertParticipantWe have fixed this now, there was an issue with some code in the functions.php file causing the issue.
Thank you for your help.
Would you be able to assist with some custom css for the woocommerce category page title, we are trying to make the width of this 100% like our header and leave the body container set to standard size.
