web-5402ParticipantI’ve a Google map in my contact page and it works in backend and in preview mode frrom the elemetnor page, but doesn’t if i clic on View from dashboard. (The site is under construction, i’ve maintenance active so you can’t see the page). In the console of the page opened from the dashbord i can read some errors. I attach the image.
Can you help me with that?Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

web-5402ParticipantIt seems the problem is with Complianz plugin. They have also an integration for GDPR for your theme, but even if i upload this integration the map doesn’t appear. Can you help me somehow?
In the meantime i’ll contact them too.September 9, 2025 at 8:31 am #685176
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This plugin contains some JS errors that may break scripts on your website. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help on this matter.

web-5402ParticipantOk, I’ve managed to make it visible adding a lazy loading and a poster image. But even with all other plugins disabled the map is not interactive. The markers has an entrance animation, but i can’t zoom map or move inside it.
If can help in the console the only thing i read is:
Google Maps JavaScript API has been loaded directly without loading=async. This can result in suboptimal performance. For best-practice loading patterns please see https://goo.gle/js-api-loadingSeptember 9, 2025 at 3:39 pm #685304
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please keep all plugins temporarily turned off so we can investigate the issue without plugins.
Also I have not seen any console errors on your site in the contact us page.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please disable lazy loading and a poster image for the map you have added and disable the “Complianz” plugin.
Please follow this plugin guide or contact the plugin author for this integration:
