    Hello WoodMart team,

    • I added my Google Maps API key in Theme Settings ▸

    The map/autocomplete never appears in the checkout form.

    Even when I fill in “Portugal, Lisboa, 1800-142” manually, I get
    “No shipping options were found”

    I’ve tested several formats (with/without the hyphen, postcode only, etc.) and the result is always the same.

    Could you please tell me what might still be missing or how I can troubleshoot this further?

    Hello,

    While adding your Google Maps API key under Theme Settings is the correct first step, please note that this integration does not automatically display a map or address autocomplete on the checkout page by default.

    The theme itself does not control or render the map or autocomplete functionality on the checkout page — it only provides API support for the Google map widget.

    No shipping options were found. This is usually related to your WooCommerce shipping zone setup. Please check:

    • That you have created a shipping zone covering Portugal and postcode 1800-142
    • That the zone has at least one active shipping method (Flat Rate, Free Shipping, etc.)
