Google not indexing product pages

It seems that google is excluding product pages on the site. we used the URL inspector from within Google Search Console (previously google webmaster tools) and we are getting the image attached.
Where do we update the schema or product info

Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? This functionality is related to the WooCommerce plugin and our theme has no influence on that.
