Bogdan DonovanKeymasterCould you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like Twenty-twenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

rajlbookParticipantExperimented with the Twenty-twenty theme
The button appears naturally

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterThis issue is related to the layout builder that you used on your checkout page because the plugin uses special hooks to show buttons that are not present on the default page builder checkout layout. Two different approaches can fix it:
1. Disable the layout builder on your checkout page.
Or
2. Add two “WooCommerce Hook” elements (https://prnt.sc/WTZskFWC8rhA) to your checkout layout page, and choose “woocommerce_before_checkout_form” in one element (https://prnt.sc/zPhwwNpXQS7d) , and “woocommerce_checkout_before_customer_details” in another (https://prnt.sc/3kABxdgMJg5w).Kind Regards

rajlbookParticipantHello Support Team,
I hope you are well.
I am facing an issue with displaying the Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons on the checkout page of my site after switching from using WooCommerce and Stripe to WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments. I followed the instructions you provided earlier, but the problem persists.
Alert Messages:
When enabling Apple Pay and Google Pay, I see the following messages in the settings page:Your custom checkout fields may not be compatible with these payment methods.
This payment method is enabled by other extensions. Review extensions to improve the shopper experience.June 14, 2024 at 12:51 pm #572755

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
1. Checkout payment button. As we can see, the WooCommerce Payments button is displayed (https://prnt.sc/cRrmT1DdE21v) at checkout with the same settings that we provided to you earlier (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/google-pay-and-apple-pay-purchase-button/#post-556253)
2. WooCommerce Payments notice. Our theme does not affect the display of this notice. This notice (https://prnt.sc/x7Fg4s7eeGHp) contains a link to the WooCommerce Payments documentation, which states that
Apple Pay and Google Pay are not compatible with extensions like Checkout Field Editor, which may be used to add additional fields on the checkout page. (https://prnt.sc/Q0bzROFGeRKC)
At the same time, you are using a plugin with similar functionality called “WooCommerce Easy Checkout Field Editor, Fees & Discounts” (https://prnt.sc/OiwTc8HYkInK). Try disabling it first and check again.
Kind Regards

rajlbookParticipantYes dear, it was disabled and payment was successfully activated. Everything appeared correctly. You are amazing. Do you have any recommendations for an alternative to WooCommerce Easy Checkout Field Editor, Fees & Discounts?”
June 17, 2024 at 4:52 pm #573280
Bogdan DonovanKeymasterUnfortunately, we cannot recommend specific plugins for WooCommerce checkout fields because we have not tested them and unsure how they will work with Stripe or WooCommerce Payments.
Kind Regards
