timothegrxParticipantHello,
I can’t see the Google Pay & Apple Pay button on the Product Page / Cart / Checkout, even if they are enable.
“Could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty” : Yes I already did it, and the buttons are visible, so it’s probably an issue with my setup on the Woodmart theme side.
I know about Hooks, I tried all of them, but I can’t find the right setup, to be able to see the Google Pay button/Apple Pay in all of this pages : Single Product Page / Cart / Checkout.
+ the documentations on Woocommerce side isn’t super clear, and same for Woodmart related to the Google Pay/ApplePay Hooks. Thanks for your help!
Have a good day 🙂-

March 4, 2026 at 5:05 pm #710870Hello,
It looks like the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with a page builder, it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with the page builder manually.
We have a special “Hook” element in page builder that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Best Regards

Take a look on my setup please.

timothegrxParticipantHey!
Thanks for the quick iteration ! It’s perfect, thanks a lot 🙂
But i’m not sure exactly what change you did, can I have more explaination ?
I guess it was related to the Hooks ?Thanks again !
Have a good day.March 6, 2026 at 12:32 pm #711226Hello,
The issue was caused by the products being displayed before the checkout form.
Best Regards.

timothegrxParticipantHello, I’m back with another issue, but it’s quite similar to the first one:
I would like to have the PayPal button with Google and Apple Pay – Express Checkout.
But it didn’t appear with Google and Apple, even after your intervention.PayPal is only visible with credit cards, but I would also like to have it in Express Checkout.
Is there anything else I need to add?
Thank you 🙂

Unfortunately, we are not entirely sure what exactly is missing on your checkout page. Could you please check this issue using the default theme and provide us with a screenshot showing what exactly is missing?
Best Regards.

timothegrxParticipantRight now, I can only see Google Pay and Apple Pay in Express Checkout, even though PayPal is enabled in the Express Checkout settings.
I’ve included an example of what I currently see, and what I’d like to achieve (having the PayPal button alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Thank you for your help! 🙂

Unfortunately, we can’t say for sure why the PayPal button isn’t showing. We tested this on a default theme and noticed that it’s not displayed there either: https://monosnap.ai/file/JlRb04mmbchhLGE2QKKZ8C0vEPxlGW

timothegrxParticipantSo does that mean it’s more directly related to WooCommerce, or did I forget to add a hook or something like that to your theme?
Thanks!
March 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm #713176Hello,
As we checked, the PayPal button is not displayed in the Express Checkout section even when using a default theme. This indicates that the behavior is coming from the WooCommerce/payment plugin itself rather than being related to the theme or missing hooks.
In this case, no additional hooks are required from the theme side. We recommend contacting the plugin support team or WooCommerce support for further clarification.
Best Regards,
