I don’t know where to put the Google Tag Manager codes in. Is it just in the footer and header html?
I have installed the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

Please refer to the Google Tag Manager plugin documentation on how to insert the code and where and then you can use the Insert-headers-and-footers plugin.

We do not instructions on the plugins.
