Gradient drop down missing

If i load up the gradients page in the downloaded files i can select a row and see the gradient slider. However on the home page when i create a row and click the Basel gradient Yes, please option the gradient box does not appear. Even if i copy the element from the gradient page to the home page it stops working. I have tried this on multiple browsers with the same issue. How do i fix it?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
