CuriousParticipantHello,
What is the possibility for putting a grading standard on the pictures?
We are going to sell used IT in our shop and for that we need to have a grading system.Either Grade A, Grade B and Grade C
or Star 1, Star 2 and Star 3The stars; we would like to have three stars on the left side and going horisontal down. If a product is 3 stars, then all three stars need to be filled. If the the product is two stars then two stars needs to be filled. And if it is one star, then only one start needs to be filled. (see attatched picture with the stars, to see how I mean)
If the stars are not possible we would like a box on the product pictures to say A, B or C. (See attached)
It should be added to the products by choosing the attributes for a product.

CuriousParticipantHello again,
We also need to have a small banner/box in black on the product picture that says “mærket” in white.
Kind regard

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
For the star ratings. You can use the default WooCommerce ratings for your products. You can enable the star rating from WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products >> Product ratings.
Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/yzbTZ0pThis default rating works in this way that total star are 5 and only filled according to calculation of total ratings given by customers. In the way you want the ratings is not possible with theme options. You can use some third party plugin to achieve that functionality.
For the gradings you can try attribute labels. You can create product attributes like “A, B and C” and in your variable product variations you can create variation whose label you want to show and from the Products >> Attributes >> Edit >> Show attribute label on products, must checked the box

Where you need that small banner/box in black on the product picture of shop page or on the shop thumbnail? Kindly share screenshot by pointing out specific area.
Best Regards.

CuriousParticipantHello,
Thank you. I have tried to edit an attribute and I even tried to make a new one, but it’s not working. Everytime i click save, it goes to an error page. I have attacted a screenshot.

CuriousParticipantIt might have something to do with this error in the theme. I have attached a picture.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMost Welcome,
I have test your site and did not face any error while adding attribute in product. I have created a test product named as “Test Product for grading labels” in your site just to set an example product which display a label of grade A.

CuriousParticipantThank you. I just wanted “A” “B” “C” or “N” Not the whole “Stand A” etc.
I would like to be able to save things on the website, but it is still showing error. There is something wrong with the site. Can you please check it?
Kind regards

CuriousParticipantI am not able to save any work I do on the website. It is very frustrating.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMost Welcome,
If you just want “A” “B” “C” or “N” Not the whole “Stand A” etc. Then edit your “Stand” attribute items name from Products >> Attributes.

When you get that error? I change multiple things in that test product and then save the changes and there is no such error shown at my side. If you can share a small video clip of your issue then it will help me to understand what exactly you face.
Best Regards.

CuriousParticipantI have attached a link with the video. It does that everytime I try to save something.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw your video attachment. So you get the error while saving your product attribute items. There is no such error at my end. I have test your multiple attributes by changing their names and slugs and the changes saved successfully.

Kindly clear your site and browser cache. Or also check with some different browser. It seems your browser cache issue.
Best Regards.
