Gradium or color adjustable overlay on Slide feature images

Hi there,

I hope to add a dark blue color 70% transparent overlay on the the slide feature image, is there a way we can do that?

found the way to solve this request. just leave the feature image blank, but add a container with background by elementor while editing the slide.
