Gray Background RS

Hello,
I have just installed the theme, but I do face some problems
1. revslider doesn’t show the background image
2. How to change the background heading image (Shop, category & product)?
03. Is it possible to have multiple product layouts?
Please note that I am not a programmer, I have basic knowledge and I use elementor pro

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

1) Please try recreating the slides then clear the cache and check back.

2) You can set the page title image for the Shop page by editing the page and setting the image for page title.

And for the category you need to Go to Products >> Categories >> Edit category and set the image for category heading.

3) Sorry but there is no option available to have multiple product layouts.

1. I have created a new slider. However, it didn’t work. I got the same result
2. I will try it later on.
3.regarding the multiple product layouts, is there any option to create a layout using elemetnor with conditional rules?
