grey color text error around the theme

I see that you have changed the color for the SKU, so here is a code for changing the color for the counters and breadcrumbs:

body .woocommerce-breadcrumb a, .yoast-breadcrumb a,
body .widget_product_categories .count {
	color: #000
}

Please define it in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.
