I saw the screenshot you attached.

The Product Images are controlled by WooCommerce and our Theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce provides options for image settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

In your case it seems that you have set the cropping to 1:1. Please set the images cropping and image width according to your requirements.
