zaneta.gradzikParticipantHi,
I created HTML Block with Grid Post elements and they are properly loaded on HTML Block preview. I used this block in Main Widget Area – I want to show it in the Single Post Sidebar. In this case loader is shown and and data never come. I tried to use Woodmart HTML block widget and shortcode widget – for both the same result.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can create your post in the builder and insert the Grid in the post directly without HTML block.
In order to avoid a repetitive job, you would better create a template and then insert it, changing data if needed.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

zaneta.gradzikParticipantHello Elise,
This doesn’t resolve my problem, because I want to use this grid in Sidebar (Main Widget Area), and there the source data looks like is not loading anything.
It looks like some bug there… not sure.
Thanks

I’m using [html_block id="16867"] and I put it in Main Widget Area – I want it to be visible on all Single Post page in sidebar.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. The demo content would be based on the chosen builder. It is not possible to switch from one builder to another after setting everything up.
Please deactivate one builder.
WP bakery has its own Posts element. Alternatively, you can insert the HTML shortcode into a text block.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

zaneta.gradzikParticipantHello Elise,
Disabling Elementor didn’t help. I finally used your widget for the sidebar.
However, I found another issue with loading content… I have custom Layouts for the product page, everything looks good on the top of the page, but when you scroll down, the whole content is loaded again and visible. Could you check it because you already have access to the page?Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

zaneta.gradzikParticipantHello,
Thanks for help! It looks like a Visual Composer issue, it’s sad because in this case, I can’t use it for creating any custom layouts for a single post page. So I will use some css overrides to handle it for a single post page.
Are you planning to add a Single Post layout type to your Layout editor? Right now I can create it only for product and checkout pages. It would be useful to have this possibility as this theme doesn’t work with Visual Composer.
Anyway, thanks for helping in finding the issue.Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please have a look at the screen: https://gyazo.com/516ad6d512714f058ddf50ebfc45cede and https://gyazo.com/87e23656339c447c51eab7d474aaab09
You can configure the Post WP bakery element to show or hide the excerpt. Earlier you created your posts with Fusion builder, now you have disabled it. It means you need to recreate the content in the WP bakery. Once you play the content in WP bakery, the posts will be displayed correctly.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
