I am using the WoodMart theme (demo feshion 2) on my WooCommerce store. The store is not live yet, but the following issue is also on your demo-page:
I am having a specific issue with the product grid layout settings on my shop page:
Inside Theme Settings > Product archive > Products grid, I can successfully enable/disable the “List view” option, and it reflects correctly on the frontend shop page. However, all grid column configurations are completely ignored.
I have configured the switcher to only allow 2, 4, and 6 columns as a test, but the frontend completely ignores this and stubbornly displays 3 and 5 columns instead. It does however start with 4 column layout as I put in the settings, but then if I click 3 or 5 icon the 4-icon never shows up so as a visitor I cannot switch back to 4.
Furthermore, it seems like the “4 columns” icon is entirely missing from the switcher options on the frontend in the demopage aswell.
My setup:
This is a standard WoodMart shop page (not built with Elementor), but Elementor is active on the site.
Since the “List view” setting works perfectly from the same settings page, it seems like the database saves the data, but something is blocking or overriding the specific Grid column layout generation.
Could you please help me find why the grid column settings are being ignored while the list setting works? As it is the same problem in demopage, you can just look at that site (mine is not yet live).
