Grouped products

Hi,
I have two questions regarding grouped products:

1) How to make the simple products thumbnail clickable (link to the simple product page) on the grouped product page? currently, only the simple product name is clickable. see the attached photo.

2) How to show on the simple product page that the simple product is part of a parent grouped product? I am looking for an automatic solution other than manually writing this information in the product description or using the linked product feature.
