Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
Kind Regards

roadlinkParticipantSorry Artem,
This is copy and paste reply.
I already used gtmetrix and it is subject of my topic 🙂
My problem is not cache issue. It is image resize issue i guess.
I solved the case with addtional plugin for now “Piio Image Optimization”.
But i guess there should be easier and better way.I kindly request from you to check my website link and read first message.
thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterThe problem with scaled images doesn’t require any plugins. You just need to specify the correct image sizes in WooCommerce settings. (Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images).
If you got that error, then your images size is way bigger then really needed. Try to decrease it.

Not urgent but i need your help like tell tell a 7 years old child.I spent 5 hours to this and that plugin was the only solution which worked.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems like options from WooCommerce settings are not applied at all. You set 300px width but images are ~1000px.
Could you please disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong?June 23, 2020 at 9:54 am #205659
roadlinkParticipantHello,
you can enable or disable any plugin.
Website is not alive yet.June 23, 2020 at 10:55 am #205660
Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, leave only plugins related to our theme.

Artem TemosKeymasterCurrently, your products have “full” size set with WPBakery page builder. You need to edit your home page and leave “image size” field empty for each product tab https://gyazo.com/f276004c0e2ed0066f9b9a8c5684b9b2
