Gutenberg Blocks not available

After not working on the site for some time, I wanted to create a new page, but unfortunately there are no Gutenberg blocks to choose from except a custom navigation block.
The theme runs with the Gutenberg Page builder and Gutenberg blocks are activated in the theme.
Everything is up to date.
What am I missing?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Hi, all plugins are disabled but same issue still remains
We see a lot of custom code in the child theme that potentially can break this. Could you please temporarily turn it off so we can check?
