    Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Best Regards.

Добрый вечер. Я все сделал так как вы сказали, но это не помогло решить проблему. Куда мне надо написать вам данные для входа на мой интернет ресурс чтобы вы исправили ошибку в шаблоне?

Good evening. I did everything as you said, but it didn’t solve the problem. Where do I need to write you the login information for my online resource so that you can fix the error in the template?

Good afternoon again. I need plugins for successful sales in my online store. You can disable them yourself when you log in. I give the go-ahead. Disabling plugins will not affect the site’s performance, don’t worry.

    Hello,

I have tried deactivating all the third-party plugins on your website and the categories are hidden. Which clears it this is a third party plugin issue,

    Screenshot for Clarification: https://prnt.sc/vk1x6o

I have reactivated the plugins back. You can deactivate them and find out which plugin is causing the issue by activating them one by one.

your screenshot doesn’t show that empty categories have become hidden. these categories are filled with products and cannot be hidden.

    #242201

    Hello,

In the screenshot, I provided you with there are only the categories displayed that have products assigned to them.

This means that the empty categories are not displayed and clears that the option is working fine after deactivating the plugins.

    #243821

    Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached.

I have logged into your website and all the third party plugins are still activated.

In my last message I deactivated all the third party plugins and the option was working fine which cleared that the issue is not with our theme.

Now all the third party plugins are activated. Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check back by only activating the theme recommended plugins.

    Best Regards.

Good afternoon again. Let’s make an agreement with you for a certain time. At this particular time, I disable all third-party plugins, and you go to the site and see everything for yourself. I have already done all your recommendations repeatedly and nothing has happened. I leave only three plugins as in the screenshot and still the categories are not hidden. How long will it take you to access the site?

    #243865

    Hello,

Please wait, I am working on it.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

I have logged into your website and created a new category named as test category and it is not displaying in the shop page title.

Which clears that the issue is not with the theme because the option is working fine.

    Screenshot for Clarification: https://prnt.sc/vowuyh

It seems that you have imported categories and they are not imported correctly to the website please try creating a new category you will see that the option is working fine.

    Best Regards.

Hello again. I did as you said many times and in many ways. I even purchased a special plugin for this purpose. Then I used to manually add product categories. Deleted and re-uploaded products. But the problem is still relevant. Then I tried to add a test category via woocommerce (the same as you did in the screenshot) and add a test product to it (I also created this product via woocommerce. Indeed, an empty category was not displayed in the top menu. But as soon as I added the product to it and set the product status “out of stock” in the top menu, the same problem remained. The test category was no longer hidden. Your theory was not confirmed because standard tools provided by woocommerce were used in this case. I attach screenshots of the sequence of my actions.

You can try to do this sequence of actions yourself. I give the go-ahead. Create a new product and place it in the test category. Then set the status “out of stock”. And you will see that the category in the top menu is not hidden.

    #244487

    Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached.

This option to hide empty categories works only for the categories which have no products assigned to them.

In your case, the products are added to categories and set to out of stock but they are still added to the categories that’s why it’s not working.

Sorry to say but this is the default behavior that the option only hides the categories that have no products assigned to them.

    Best Regards.

Good afternoon. And what is the point of this option in General? It is inherently useless. You understand that each category must have products. Why would someone need empty categories without products?

    #244492

And one more thing. For some reason, the product categories disappeared from the top panel. What is the reason for this?
