H1 layout without H1 on banner

Hi there, I’d like to enlarge the texts inside my banners (just like your samples inside Basel theme web site), but without use H1. How can I do it? Can I use a class for it?

.promo-banner .banner-inner {
    font-size: 30px;
}

Set the proper size for text replacing 30px.
