Happy Hours feature for Woodmart theme?

Hi there.
I’m using Woodmart for several e-shops , and almost all of them needs Happy Hours feature, to set time sensitive discounts on bulk products or categories. Couldn’t find anything acrross the interent, except a third party plugin which costs same like this whole theme. so decided to ask if you have any ideas, plans or features related to what i need.
