Header and footer colours

Hello,

I seem to be having an issue with setting the colour of my header and footer… Under theme settings/footer the Footer background is set to black yet it’s white on the site and same goes for the header background – it should be orange but it’s showing as white…

I fixed the issue by installing all the plugins for the theme. I missed one initially.
