Header and footer do not show in pages

Hi!
I create several pages with WPBakery Page Builder, but the Header and Footer do not show in this pages. Only the elements created with WPBakery.
In the “Page Setting” section I have all things well defined.
I clean the cookies and cache.
What should I do to fix this?

You are using Blank Layout so it header and footer won’t be displayed.

Please click on Page Settings icon and switch to Default Layout https://prnt.sc/k0xzouZlASP_
