header at home page not appear !!my site it’s not from scratch i’m coming from flatsome! i imported minimalism template !

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
We need permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Yes, sure, if you created a header and footer in the Elementor, it replaces the default header/footer.

You can use either Elementor header and footer or default. Please check the settings, there should be conditions for the Elementor header and footer to show on certain pages.

also i have problem with filters the attributes dont appear and at shop page on mobile bottom nav bar i want to add filters also thanks!

Hello,

WoodMart theme can work either with Elementor or WP builder only.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Hello,

WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. The demo content would be based on the chosen builder. It is not possible to switch from one builder to another after setting everything up.

Please disable the builder which you activated after you installed the theme.

Disable the templates you created in the Elementor, and check the page, make sure you have set “Default” template.

Could you kindly provide the page URL and describe the steps to reproduce the problem?

Please note, the attribute filters work only on the shop and product category pages. They would not show up or work on any other page not relating to Woocommerce. It is necessary to assign products to every attribute item.
