Header banner

Theme setting only allows for a Header banner above the header. I need to add a Header banner under the header. Look like the ASOS website ( http://www.asos.com ).

Sorry but the header banner only displayed at the top of the header and there is no option to add under the header.

You can try adding content to the header bottom row but it will not be closed as you can close the header banner.
