Header Banner advertising problems

Hi, i’ve searched the forum but can’t find help for this issue..

I have been to theme settings > shop > header banner
In here I have uploaded new banner background and set to Center Center.. It fits nicely now but I dont want customer to click X to close. So I have not selected option below to close.
Problem is that the X still shows.. now I have clicked it to close banner on my browser and banner not showing again

Also, on mobile, it scales down the banner but instead of shrinking the whole banner, it reduces size and only shows a portion of the banner

Any css codes I can use to disable customer from selecting X to close banner and proper responsive behaviour for smaller screens?

As soon as your site is online on a host, please provide your site admin access to the private area and we shall be able to check and suggest. Meanwhile, I suggest you deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme if you use the child and check.
