Header Banner Appearing Below Footer on Mobile Devices
-
Hello,
My header banner displays correctly on desktop, but on mobile devices, it appears at the bottom below the footer. I suspect this issue is due to WP Rocket optimization. Could you please advise on how to exclude the banner from WP Rocket to resolve this issue? If that’s not the cause, do you have any other suggestions for fixing this?
Thank you.
Hello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards
Sure, I’ve provided access below.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please disable the “Optimize CSS delivery” option in the settings of the WP Rocket, clear the cache of site/brwoser/server and recheck the issue.

It works without “Optimize CSS delivery” enabled, the banner is back at the top on mobile, but the text/carousel aren’t showing. I’d like to see if it’s possible to keep this CSS optimization enabled while excluding the top banner.
Hello,
1. First, try to adjust that carousel via the Elementor, because when we check the mobile version, there is no visible text – https://prnt.sc/UF5VzQsD8Oy1, so I suggest you check the settings in the Elementor.
2. In this case, you can try to use the “Load CSS asynchronously” – https://prnt.sc/5V9_7EyhygdD
