HEADER BANNER Bug! Is there is a solution!

Hi,
I am trying to set up the Maintenance page and when I try to make it looks like the demo version I fail ): here are a 40px appearing at the top of the maintenance page.

After digging I found it related to the “HEADER BANNER”, I set it to be 40px height. When I disable it the page loads like the demo version.

Now…

I want to keep the “HEADER BANNER” and no empty space at the top of the maintenance page.
