Header Banner height

I create a HTML block and added it as my header banner. It displays on the frontend, however, it doesn’t show the full height of the block.

Note that ‘Banner height for desktop’ value is set to the maximum 200, yet the HTML block is displayed halfway. When I tried to troubleshoot by reducing the ‘Banner height for desktop’ value, the displayed size didn’t change. I even change the value to zero and the display height didn’t change too. Please help.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the Prmo header, I set the height however it is not displayed, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.
