Header banner : how to set it correctly ?

Hello,

I would like to add a header banner but it’s not appearing in the front.
Should I add the media in the first doc attached or in the 2nd ? What am I doing wrong ?

Also, can I put another slide to this banner ? If so, will it slide ?

1. Create HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/

2. Add the image and other content

3. Add HTML ID shortcode into the Header banner area in the Theme Settings > Shop > Header banner.
