    Hi,
    For the the moment i only install the bike template. When i open the website with Edge microsoft i have the header banner but with chrome i don’t have. you can see in the attached files.

    And where i can find this banner for modify it ?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached. Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    hello, thanks for your reply.

    When I do that and then I import the Template Bike, it’s ok. but i loose the background in the footer. And then if i change Something in the footer, for example the picture of the payment after i loss the colors of buttons, the header link and some buttons are diffrent.

    The header banner is displaying absolutely fine on chrome. Please clear the cache and check back.

    Your issue for the Theme settings not working correctly is also fixed. I have added a background color to the footer and it’s working fine on my end.

    You can edit the promo banner content from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Header Banner.
