header banner not showing

We have header banner showing on top of the header, but after an update theme is no longer there. We have banner content “Free shipping over 100 EUR”. Now is no longer showing. In admin we have set to ON. WP is latest 6.9 and last version of your theme.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

so 3 days ago with the same plugins was working fine, now after update theme, with the same plugins is now working. This make no sense.
I now added in Header settings – > in Top bar text for free shipping. In theme settings under Header banner i set it to OFF. Because that is not showing. So please check this issue and fix it in next update. Let me know please when will be done.

However, after a theme update, the frontend structure and some hooks may change. In many cases, a third-party plugin can start conflicting only after the update, even if it previously worked fine.
I have checked it on our test site and the header banner is showing fine in the latest theme update. Please keep the 3rd-party plugins deactivated and share a temporary WP admin login so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
