header banner on mobile

Hello, there is an issue with header banner on mobiles. The banner doesn’t appear on page load. You need to scroll down and the scroll up again to view it. But people that are no aware there is a banner will not view it. How can I fix to to appear first on page load? z index didn’t helped.

For the issue, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the Valid WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

It’s the delay javascript execution which is causing the issue. What is the script so that I will exclude it?
