I want to make the header bar animated. I hope you can help me with how to make it animated or give me the customization.

Try to create HTML blocks and add the animated content in the page builder or use the marquee widget in the page builder to create something you want.

Then Go to Theme Settings > General > Header banner and use this HTML Block in the banner content.
