The content of header builder was changed but its not getting updated in the website.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please make sure that you are making changes to the correct header then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
