Header Builder backend shows blank

Hi team,
I am not able to create/edit header on my website as the header builder space just shows a blank screen.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back. If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website.

Thanks Aizaz,
I disabled all plugins and could access header builder now!
However, the changes I’m making in the header builder are not reflecting on the live website even though I’ve cleared the cache.
Any suggestions for this?
